Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept returns or refunds for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
Email us at daalainofficial@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the defect. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective item, we can offer an exchange for the same product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it takes longer, please contact us.
